This 65 mile scenic Backroads trip takes us North through some of the better riding roads of New Jersey. to the Thomas Edison National Historic Park. At the Laboratory Complex we can Explore 20,000 square feet of exhibit space, including two floors of the main laboratory. The Laboratory is now a self guided experience. Ranger-led programs run at the Laboratory Complex daily. These programs include a phonograph demonstration, a tour of the chemistry building, and a talk and closer look at the Black Maria. It's about a 2 hour trip to the Historical Park. Allowing 2 hours for sight seeing and taking guided tours. Plus the trip back and a stop for lunch expect to spend 6 hours out on this Electric Trip.
