DESCRIPTION:This 120 Mile Scenic ride takes us to Ridgewood NJ and theCountry Pancake House. Home of the Worlds Largest pancakes. Famous for its 90 flavors of pancakes. And these aren't any ordinary pancakes. They are huge. The size of your face. No\, bigger than your face! The Travel Chanel featured Country Pancake House in their "Extreme Pig Out" episode.This place is all about quantity as the pancakes are enormous. Be sure to try the bananas\, strawberry and chocolate chips as they have a good mix of all 3 ingredients. It's not overflowing with chocolate. These pancakes suck up a ton of syrup so be prepared for a major sugar high when you leave. We'll be avoiding the Highways for this ride and instead taking the more scenic back roads all the north. Be prepared for some highway along the way home along with a full belly.
